Hi @northernassist you should let the customers go during busy times as it’s rush hour!! I was in a queue and asked to scan my train ticket and then your staff asked for a railcard I was rushing to get a bus home!! Made my bus by 1 min! You’re a disgusting and greedy company!! 😡

@diabeto81 @northernassist Yes I had all my documents ready! Yes It’s their fault and their responsibility!! 7-8 staff members at the station were checking the passengers’ train tickets and railcards!! It’s ridiculous and greedy!!! 🙄🙄

What on earth is happening with @northernassist? Some trains are delayed, and the train to Manchester has been cancelled due to a faulty train! This is utterly useless! 😡
