@CherylSchatz By the way, even though I disagree as strongly as possible with the position of some apologists such as Matt Slick and James White on this issue, one thing is clear - they're simply seeking to focus on God's sovereignty & saying He isn't obliged to save anyone. Which is true.

James White takes issue with John MacArthur's position that all infants and unborn children who die go to heaven. White argues that the same election that applies to adults applies to infants, meaning there are elect infants and non-elect infants. In his view, God makes no exception for the unborn or the very young when it comes to election and its consequences.

@CherylSchatz I disagree with Dr White vehemently on this point. MacArthur was right. We're all born with a sin nature, but we're only held responsible for wilfully choosing to commit sin. Calvinism doesn't exclude the choice of the sinner to sin. Only for him choosing salvation.

But we're jumping the gun. Let's stick to evolution first.
