@agentpilled @karpathy @garrytan How is it any different from Obsidian + Obsidian Web Clipper..? Like I use web clipper to aggregate info from various sites, videos and all, then store it in Obsidian. And then opencode to organize it in forms of wikis.. What Gap in this setup are you trying to solve..?

I've always wanted one place with everything I know. My Kindle highlights, the blogs I read, tweets I save, youtube videos I watch. Then @karpathy posted about building personal knowledge bases with LLMs, and @garrytan open sourced GBrain for openclaw. And that was my eureka moment: Meet ClipBrain!

A pattern I've noticed in stuck people: They're always busy. They never stop moving. They have 47 tabs open and a notebook-sized to-do list. But if you ask them what they accomplished this week that actually matters, their mind goes blank. Busyness isn't a badge of honor.

people often work a lot on their “communication skills” and read stupid books like “how to make friends..bla bla bla” but the easiest hack is to be “cool” your life should be so exciting that simply talking to you overwhelms people and makes them question their entire existence! once you start living your life to the fullest and have that extremely positive energy, every normie you meet will feel that being friends with you will change their fucking life. then you won’t struggle to make friends and talking to women won’t feel like a burden at all. in fact, you’ll feel like you’re blessing them with your presence! everything else is just cope.

DARK REALITY: If seeing your own country's intelligence and army portrayed as powerful makes you call it propaganda, then maybe the issue isn't the in the movie it's your mentality. National pride offends you but sympathy for enemies never does.

One of the most brutal realities of the male experience that nobody talks about is the absolute "affection desert" they live in. A woman can get a hug, a genuine compliment, and deep emotional support from her platonic friends on a random Tuesday. A man can go an entire calendar year without another human being touching his arm, asking if he's okay, or giving him a sincere compliment. We’ve built a society where a man only gets to experience basic human warmth if he is actively providing for a partner. Outside of that, he is completely invisible.

what opinion about men do you have that makes people feel like this???

I remember my JEE rank was around 64k, and my friend got around 8k. While I was genuinely happy for him, I was devastated with my own performance. I was so ashamed to even talk to him that I just blocked him. But that guy… he didn’t give up on me. Har kuch din baad kisi naye number se call karta tha, and somehow he helped me get out of that low phase. College time pe hum dono bolte the, jiska bhi pehle placement lagega, woh dusre ki madad karega. And bro actually lived up to it. He got into Google in his second year itself, did an internship there, and I was genuinely so happy for him. Woh un logon mein se hai jiske baare mein ghar walon ko sab pata hota hai. I remember jab maine mummy ko bataya ki uski Google mein job lag gayi, even she was happy for him. She told me, “Tu zyada mat soch, tera bhi kuch accha hoga.” Fast forward a few years, both of us are doing well now, and will continue to thrive. It’s honestly amazing how just one person can change so much for you. I wish everyone has a friend like this.

@aruujgarg But not to throw shade, but it all turns sour, when a batch hate their collg and other batches too much to give and want a party, that these rituals go to dump.

@Dominusteleios idk man, i think the college should be paying for it, obviously the management and stuff can be done by 3rd year students. and also there was no official freshers party in my college. why to take more money when we’re already giving the fees. it should be included in it already

@aruujgarg Well, as I see here in NCR, even though farewell and freshers party doesn't happen in my college, wherever it happens, students are supposed to take care of it. It's like seniors introduce you to collg life by a party, and you thank them on farewell with a party.

the unnecessary lifeofpujaa controversy reminded me of elitism in indian schools. rich kids perceive power as accessibility to cool things like movies, shoes, trips and the minute lower middle class kids start getting access to them, they feel threatened. puja getting access to big clients in a small time has shaken those influencers. they feel powerless and are making ‘research’ reels out of insecurity. how sad!

@AbhinavXJ Well, here in NCR, I don't find this issue, at least for domestic use. Yeah, the businesses that were using domestic connection, from black, for commercial use are affected for sure. The price hike is 3x for them.

Except this is not what studying looks like, and I am sick and tired of the internet pretending that it does. Let me tell y'all something. Studying is maddening, okay? It is a pursuit of fanatically trying to understand something that you, for some inexplicable reason cannot seem to move on from. It is the single most devastating as well as rewarding thing that you can take up, IF you are truly trying to get something done. Devastating since at the extreme, it is THE Most lonely undertaking a human can take up. You will drown yourself in texts that were authored far before your bloodline existed, in thoughts that make no damn sense to anyone but to you, and you cannot explain them to those few who are willing to listen because you are not sure about them yourself. Speaking of thoughts - the bastards that they are. I am convinced that they are the only entity in the world that moves faster than the speed of fucking light. And for a mind that's fanatic enough, it is a struggle to keep a hold of the freight-train that ravages through you every time you encounter something new. And the cruel part? The name of the game is to hold on to the single thought that you have as a thousand more flood in. To give it the time that it deserves, the patience that it needs, but oh well, there's a thousand more that are demanding the very same. You try and write it down, because it helps, but what happens when your hands cannot match your brain? You go insane. You try and distract yourself, "Maybe I am tripping, it's not that deep." NO IT IS THAT FUCKING DEEP. But when it all comes together, when those thousand thoughts do indeed get processed, when it all forms ONE beautiful symphony that we call a body of work, the brink of insanity suddenly seems worth reaching and staying at. So no. Studying is not all about having a Starbucks coffee with a MacBook that has cute PDFs open, or a stack of messy books, or neatly written notes that are Pinterest-worthy, or a dimly lit room with motherfuckers dressed in the most immaculate fashion that they can find trying to talk about their experiences. And I am so done with the internet trying to make it that fucking way. FIGHT ME.

you'll never regret studying

> Back when we were in class 8, life was simple - school, friends, games, and studies all balanced without unnecessary pressure. > Now these mfs are hyping class 8 like it's some JEE Advanced-level preparation. they did same overhype for class 10 boards - now even middle school isn't spared. > My cousin is in class 5… at this rate, I won't be surprised if these mfs drops a "Class 5 Roadmap" soon. > This shit is way too funny and cringe ngl.

Loop unrolling is one of those compiler tricks that feels like it should not work, but it does :) It is also super easy to implement. The idea is simple: instead of iterating one element at a time, the compiler (or you, manually) writes the loop to process multiple elements per iteration. A loop that runs 1000 times becomes one that runs 250 times but does 4x the work per pass. 1. sum += arr[i] 2. sum += (arr[i] + arr[i+1] + arr[i+2] + arr[i+3]) Why does this help? Modern CPUs are deeply pipelined. The branch check at the end of every iteration - "are we done yet?" - is small, but it adds up. Fewer branches mean fewer pipeline stalls and more room for instruction-level parallelism. Another improvement is memory prefetching. When you process four elements per iteration, the CPU has a cleaner, more predictable access pattern. Prefetchers love this and will load upcoming cache lines well before you need them. The trade-off is code size and readability. Unrolling a loop 4x means 4x the instructions in the binary. This might blow the instruction cache, which can actually make things slower. Most compilers use heuristics to find the sweet spot. If you want to, you can write this by hand. But in most cases, you should let the compiler do it for you. GCC and Clang will often do it automatically with `-O2` or `-O3`, and they may even leverage SIMD instructions to squeeze out more throughput. By the way, you can code every single thing I mentioned in under 15 minutes and see it for yourself. Anyway, it's Friday, so give it a shot. It will be fun!
