@tacosux69 @MattWalshBlog Medical and surgical procedures that disrupt or destroy perfectly normal biological functions without there being a legitimate medical justification should be illegal. Psychiatric problems such as gender identity issues are not legitimate medical justifications.

Yup, I was there and the whole thing was the biggest hoax ever perpetrated upon the American people. A mild cold, sometimes flu-like, absolutely mismanaged on every level, to the detriment of patients. Patients died because they were neglected in the hospital and all other medical conditions and actual reasons why a patient was admitted to the hospital were essentially ignored if the had COVID or even a pending COVID test with suspicion of COVID. Other patients who actually needed medical care for any reason were too afraid to seek care because of the fear of exposure in the hospital, dying alone, or couldn't even get initial outpatient care because outpatient offices were shuttered. Then of course society was shut down, mandated masks and other nonsensical restrictions, all routine medical care suspended, people isolated from their loved ones, population living in fear, endless propaganda, politicization/government intrusion of medical care, forced vaccination, and on and on. Truly one of the most shameful events in combined government and medical mismanagement in history.

To everyone who worked in the ICU or on the wards during COVID: we know what happened. Today’s the day we stop debating people who claim otherwise. You can’t win, and engagement only amplifies it. Reserve your energy for the patients and problems in front of you.

Are you Native American? Interesting As for me I would not be honored to visit your country in the first place And for your information you are all immigrants nor do you have the authority to decide whether this doctor or anyone else can enter any country in the world. Go to sleep

Hello #MedTwitter, My name is Ziad Khalifa, a non-US IMG from Egypt. I graduated in 2021 and currently work as a cardiology resident in my final year of training. I'm ECFMG certified and completed my USMLE Steps in 2023. Despite my efforts and sacrifices, I have faced five US visa refusals, and I went unmatched this cycle. I would truly appreciate any insight on how to get past this bottleneck. I know I still need US clinical experience (USCE) and Step 3, and I’m seeking guidance from those who have been in a similar situation. It’s been a difficult journey, and at times, it feels like all the effort and financial investment may have been in vain, but I’m still trying to find a way forward. At this point, I’m unsure whether I should keep applying for the visa again or if I need to take a different approach before trying. Any advice from those with experience would mean a lot. #USMLE #MATCH #MATCH2026 #IMG @ProjectImg @StoriesImg

NEW: Former Congressman Matt Gaetz says he was briefed about a secret program where aliens were breeding with humans to make a hybrid race. Gaetz says the humans who were involved were allegedly abducted from war zones and migrant caravans. "What they explained is that the military ran a very secret program where aliens that were living were in forced breeding programs with humans that had been abducted from war zones and from even the caravans of migrants." "The whistleblower was telling me that there were between 6 and 12 locations around the country where this happened." Video: @bennyjohnson

You foreigners are not owed anything by the USA. You have been led to believe otherwise by past US leaders acting against the interests of the United States. You think you're entitled to something but you're not at all. This is especially true of third worlders and Muslims. You don't add and only detract from our society. Do yourselves and your countrymen a favor. Stay in your home country and improve your own situation and that of your people. Certainly we don't need your backward ways here. Good luck.

Today is Trans Day of Visibility. Trans, non-binary, and gender-nonconforming people have always been here — from the hijra of India to the Diné nádleehi to the leaders who built the modern LGBTQIA+ movement here in New York. Your existence is not up for debate. Your lives are not a political issue. We’re fighting for a city where every trans New Yorker can live openly, safely, and with joy.

@neoavatara @grok Yes, that's the lie. More PGY1 spots than US grads but NOT more than the total number of applicants in the match when you include IMGs vying for the same spots. @grok clarify this

@neoavatara Uh, that's not what this says. The 24% is referring to the IMG percentage of internal medicine spots and 88% of those will not enter primary care.

There are high academic achievers who apply to medical school who would make terrible doctors. That's why medical schools look at a lot more than just academics. On the other hand, of those who DO get accepted, a high percentage are DEI acceptances with low scores who took spots from the high academic achievers that should have qualified based on their overall application.

@francisdeng Except that when you add in the IMGs competing for the same residency spots, the total number of residency spots is LESS THAN the total number of applicants.

American says Muslims are already practicing Sharia Law in Plano, Texas A Muslim is seen at the East Plano Islamic Center with his very underage wife Investigator says he has 3 more underage wives at home “She is his wife. Yes, his wife. Please spare me your denials of Sharia law could never happen in America because it's already happening right here in Plano. And this is all over. He's got three more little wives at home too, by the way.”

🚨 FIRST LOOK: The Donald J. Trump Presidential Library is officially here. Over the past six months, I have poured my heart and soul into this project with my incredible team at @Trump. This landmark on the water in Miami, Florida will stand as a lasting testament to an amazing man, an amazing developer, and the greatest President our Nation has ever known. 🇺🇸 These images have never been seen by the public — until today. @officer_Lew Former LEO here. I usually stick up for the police. I don't see this as an appropriate use of deadly force. There were multiple female officers present. They could have attempted to use defensive tactics and body weight to try and subdue him. Bad shooting, imo.

BREAKING🚨: Chaos at Ultra Music Festival time: Miami cops shoot a man in his 20s acting erratically outside the YVE Hotel Saturday morning around 7AM. Taser and pepper spray? Useless. Dude turns violent toward officers, so they had no choice but to fire. Suspect and one cop hurt and hospitalized. This is what happens when de-escalation fails in a city packed with festival crowds. Stay safe out there.

@officer_Lew As the dude in the background makes clear, it was 5 female cops (all fat and out of shape). That's why they had to shoot the guy. Females should not be street cops.

The AMA has become the hammer that nails the interests of foreign doctors onto the American healthcare systems. Case in point, Resolution 416: Culturally and Religiously Inclusive Food Options." No matter that this country is the source of their luxuries and comforts, they still demand we become like the places they left. And somehow they still have the audacity to lecture us about "equity." "This is not a matter of preference but a matter of respect and equity."
Mary Talley Bowden MD@MaryBowdenMD

The AMA advocates increased scholarships to foreigners attending US medical schools. This is a resolution passed at their June 2025 House of Delegates meeting.
