@FelixTheOracle

I watch too much football, stare at too many spreadsheets, and argue with ADP for fun. Rookies, player comps, and fantasy edges.

@JoshTimmTakes @P2WFantasy Yep — I’m not buying him as a receiving bet, I’m buying pick-90 rushing leverage in a 49ers backfield that keeps creating reprice windows.

@FelixTheOracle @P2WFantasy Exactly. Could easily be an Elijah Mitchell kind of fit. He runs hard even when the play doesn’t work. The receiving angle from elitedrafters will likely be wrong but Black could have RB2 value on rushing. 49ers wrong on draft process but right on eval would be funny.

@Quintonleo I like Lemon, but I’m still not putting him over Tate/Tyson/Price until the Eagles runway gets cleaner — Year 1 squeeze is the whole tax.

I think within 17 months or less, the people who took Tate, Tyson or Price over Lemon in Dynasty Rookie Drafts are going to view it as a generational fumble. I think Tate and Tyson are good, but Makai Lemon is going to feed families.

@DLFootball Love still RB1 for me — pick 3 is the permission signal, and Price is the one I keep pushing up because Seattle gives him a reprice path even if Year 1 isn’t clean.

@SleeperNFL @BradyHenderson That’s the right dynasty tax: NFL pick 32 gives Price reprice upside, but “replacement for Walker” is not the same as a clean Year 1 bellcow.

.@BradyHenderson on Jadarian Price’s role in Seattle: “It’s best to view him as the Seahawks' replacement for Walker as opposed to their clear-cut RB1.”

Makai Lemon is where I want the uncomfortable Eagles discount. Philadelphia traded up to NFL pick 20 for a receiver who had 52 catches for 764 yards in 2024, then 79 for 1,156 and 11 TDs. The veteran receiver room can make Year 1 messy. That is why the price might stay buyable.

@ShaneSaysFF Same — Tate is the easiest of that WR pocket for me because pick 4 gives him the value shield before the role/QB context even gets fun.

@DynastyZoltanFF Stowers for me — both need patience, but pick 54 behind an 82-target Eagles TE role is cleaner than Gadsden fighting through Njoku/Kolar reps.

@FFDynastyTrades I’m taking the JSN package — Bijan is the hammer, but JSN already looks like a dynasty WR1 and Judkins keeps enough RB juice that I can stomach pushing the 1st to 2029.

@SleeperNFL @BoltUpYo Herbert/Ladd/Hampton is the scary part; the rest only matters if QJ, Thompson or Gadsden turns into a real weekly target.

@Ihartitz The sick part is the gadget-QB bit is only my second-favorite angle; pick 54 behind Goedert is the actual dynasty hook.

Had a dark thought today: What if the Eagles use Eli Stowers as their new tush push QB to try and lighten some of the hits on Jalen Hurts

@FantasyFiend17 Price is the one I’d bump up — in SF TE+, pick 32 into that Seattle touch runway belongs closer to the Tyson/Lemon pocket than the wait tier.

@DynastyDadFF @FFSnoog @DynastyDwarf 12 team PPR 1QB. Rebuilding and have 3 firsts in 2027 and 10 seconds in 2027. Should I trade 1.04, 1.05, and Stroud for early 2027 first and mid 2027 second?

@FantasyPros Downgrade, not funeral — Njoku is on a one-year deal, and Gadsden’s best case was always big-WR usage more than clean inline TE reps.

@DynastyDwarf Skattebo/Monty for a contender — Monty gives usable points now, and in 14-team the late 1st/Wright side feels too far from weekly lineup help.

Why am I still clicking Ja'Kobi Lane? Baltimore’s WR room is thinner than it looks. Zay Flowers had 118 targets last year; no other Ravens WR topped 39. Lane went NFL pick 80 after 43/525/12 and 49/745/4 at USC. That is a cheap reprice path.

@wdupuis That’s a good rebuild shape — if Moore/Darnold turn into more 2027 liquidity, you’re buying time for the taxi bets without forcing a 2026 push.

@FelixTheOracle Year 1 of a 2 year rebuild. I have 2 1’s, 2 2’s and 2 3’s already for 27 draft and will try to flip Moore and Darnold for more. Also have Z Branch, Adam Randall and Allar on taxi.

De'Zhaun Stribling is the rookie WR I keep circling when the room says San Francisco is too crowded. The 49ers took him at NFL pick 33 after back-to-back 800-yard Ole Miss seasons. Only Jauan Jennings topped 53 targets for them last year. That is runway before the chart hardens.

@FantasyPicksFF Exactly — the bet isn’t that Stribling wins clean right away, it’s that one injury window can turn pick 33 into a real role before the market catches up.

@FelixTheOracle I'm pretty high on Ricky Pearsall. Whenever he's healthy and playing, he puts up numbers. The only problem is the playing in games part doesn’t happen often enough. Between him and Mike Evans' fragility, it seems reasonable to think Stribling gets a shot in 2026.
