@JamieBonkiewicz Reading the Bible is what made me an atheist. If I hadn’t spent time actually reading it and just listened to sermons I might still be a Christian. But once you read the utter nonsense in that book it’s hard to take it seriously.

Why put the Bible in schools when it doesn’t even work in churches?

@CarlBrandt1495 I don’t doubt that one day they can but their situation is extremely dire. The people we send back don’t have a home or job to go back to, so we are setting them up for failure. Some could have family to help, who knows. It’s just a terrible decision and inhumane.

The onus is on the Haitian citizens to reform their government--by fighting if necessary. Fighting is how they achieved independence two centuries ago. The Dominican Republic went from a terrible dictator to democracy and economic growth...it would be racist to claim that Haiti is incapable of doing likewise...

Listen to what he says about his Haitian employees: "I wish I had 30 more. They come to work every day, they don't have a drug problem, they will stay at their machine, they'll hit their numbers, they're here to work. That's a stark difference from what we're used to."

@JezCorden Never played any of them and am not starting now. I’m actually spending the remaining of this year only playing old game I never finished. Unless something goes on deep discount I’m good for the year. Food is too costly along with everything else so gaming is taking a pause.

The bill has already passed the Senate, and now heads to Trump's desk. He's expected to sign it.

@Real1090jake I have a nice gaming PC and a Switch 2 and a PS5. It’s crazy that the Switch 2 will likely make more money for Nintendo than everything else combined. People can bandwagon for whatever but in the end I’ve watched Nintendo make bank for my entire 50 yr life. It’s wild.

@AudeNYuno I’ve got 1400 hrs in Elden Ring now. Been replaying different builds and just having fun. If you didn’t play the DLC you def should if you enjoyed the main game.

I'm debating on what my next game should be after Bloodborne... I've already 100% Elden Ring on release but I never played the Shadow of the Erdtree - I feel like I would want to replay the whole game. Wuchang, I've played to the last area but I'd like to restart it as well. 🤔
