@thieleman1 @alexfmac @vc Lots of subsequent Series As and early exits obv great signals. Probably won’t get a sense of real performance until at least year 5 for a seed fund…..DPI is king, hope for minimum 3x-5x cash on cash ROI and 30%-40% Net IRR. I think that’s top decile

If I were to raise money, I would require my investors to set aside some portion of the round for wellness and mental health for the team. Be it coaching, therapy, or other wellness services. Suprised more investors don't do this as a way to show up fully for their founders.
