I don’t care about brand of truck, I just want to understand guys who don’t want one of these and why? More so I want to understand the reasoning for why some guys hate things like this?

been spending more time on craigslist and bizbuysell and looking at machine shops for sale the gist is 50 years in business with 1-2mm top line, no one disclosing ebitda, and equipment that's 20-30 years old reason for selling: retirement

@KennethCassel @dirtman Not the same since it’s built overseas but Hero Machine Co on YouTube is showing the process of starting a white labeled customized for the US market fiber laser/press break company. Met them at Fabtech, Great guy/team seems like an alternative to sourcing direct from Asia.

Making new industrial machine companies is a gigantic opportunity Not a lot of great customer service out there Some companies even act like they’re doing you a favor letting you buy one of their machines
Caleb (OSH Cut)@CalebChamberla6

@KennethCassel I suspect they sold our machines to someone else, tbh

Nvidia will now pay you to put a mini AI data center on your house It looks like a normal AC unit in the yard. But inside sits 16 Nvidia Blackwell GPUs and Dell servers. A startup called Span builds them, backed by Nvidia. They bolt onto your home and you get paid for the power and Wi-Fi. Some estimates put that around $1,000 a month in your pocket. That is rent money just for hosting a box outside. Span says it deploys way faster and cheaper than a real data center. The AI boom is literally moving into the suburbs. Save this, the grid is getting rebuilt in real time.

Any automated blocking software scanning designs for firearm parts will have false positives. Common items like L-brackets share basic geometries that models can misflag depending on tolerances and training data. Practical versions would need narrow feature definitions, high confidence thresholds, and mandatory human review for alerts to limit harm to legitimate fab work. Zero false positives remains unrealistic with current vision and ML tech.

OFFICIALLY SIGNED: New York just banned online sales of CNC machines, lathes, and 3D printers. Required surveillance software on every one. And there's a bill in committee to require a background check to buy them at all. Look around you at who didn't fight, or who ONLY appeared to fight once they saw my video views pouring in. 🤔 Video soon!

As a Japanese person, one thing that still messes with my head in America is how “How are you?” is basically just a greeting. Back home, if someone asks “genki desu ka?”, you’re expected to give a real answer. So when Americans say it to me, I always freeze for half a second thinking “Wait… how much of my life story do they actually want right now?” 😂 Do you guys genuinely not care, or is it just polite code?

Today, we remember a legend. On this day in history, Harambe would have celebrated another birthday. An icon that became part of internet history, American culture, and an entire generation’s timeline. Tomorrow marks 10 years since we lost him. Ten years since the moment the world stopped scrolling and collectively mourned something bigger than a meme. He became a symbol of loyalty, strength, chaos, unity, and the strange beauty of the internet bringing millions of people together for one cause: never forgetting Harambe. Everyone remembers where they were when they heard the news. And somehow, a decade later, his legacy still lives on. Gone, but never forgotten. Rest easy to a true patriot. 🕊️🇺🇸 May 27, 1999 — May 28, 2016 Forever in our hearts.
