@O2 I’m working for a business that has an active direct debit with yourselves, however no one in the business uses an O2 mobile as they have a contract with EE. Is there someone I can speak to about this so we can arrange to get it cancelled, etc… I’ve no account numbers, etc..

@BarclaysUK Hi. Your partner finance team are not good at checking emails. I emailed a DD mandate form back in July, emailed in October since it still wasn’t actioned, and now checked the account and it still hasn’t been actioned. The email is correct the and mandate is correct?!

@UberEats I thought the whole point of priority is we order, your delivery partner goes to pick it up and the delivery it straight away…not wait 20 mins to clearly collect a second/third order before delivering….? You need to stop allowing your partners to grab 2 orders at once
