Introducing POKE-MAIL MCP i got tired of waiting for native icloud support on poke, so i built an imap bridge for it. now i can search and draft from any business inbox or icloud account right in imessage @interaction. open sourcing it now so anyone can host their own bridge: github.com/kacperkwapisz/…

@OpenAIDevs To be frank it might take me a while to get to the credits since the $20 plan I’m on is such a great value!

We have some exciting news to share: @blacktop__ is joining Calif to work on a range of R&D projects focused on Apple and AI security. If you work in the Apple security ecosystem, he’s already a household name. He’s the creator of: * ipsw – the ubiquitous Apple firmware analysis tool: github.com/blacktop/ipsw * darwin-xnu-build – reproducible XNU kernel builds: github.com/blacktop/darwi… * ipsw-diffs – automated diffing of Apple releases: github.com/blacktop/ipsw-… * The only public deep-dive on Apple’s Lockdown Mode: github.com/blacktop/prese… His tooling is so good that even Apple engineers use it. If you do reverse engineering, chances are you’ve touched his Rust headless IDA MCP server: github.com/blacktop/ida-m…. People have literally collected CVEs and bug bounties just by digging through the diffs produced by his tools. With @brucedang, @Little_34306 and now @blacktop__, we're building a serious Apple security force at Calif. We’ll have more announcements in this space soon! If you're interested in Apple security, AI, automated bug discovery, reverse engineering, or hacking, we’re hiring: calif.io/jobs.

@reach_vb @OpenAIDevs @Lakr233 `IPHONEOS_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET=26.0 cargo build --target aarch64-apple-ios --release` and copied the binary to the virtual iPhone. Then, I fakesigned it with ldid, and ran it with `SSL_CERT_FILE=/var/jb/etc/ssl/certs/cacert.pem codex` and it worked!

@reach_vb @OpenAIDevs @Lakr233 For anyone curious, these were the steps. First, I had to modify the Codex codebase, with the only patches really being hard checks for OSs. I either had to allow iOS or disallow it (for the clipboard stuff matching Android). I then built it with ...

@reach_vb I got the Codex cli running natively on Jailbroken iOS! Codex (running on my mac) helped me debug issues and make the few patches needed to get it running! @OpenAIDevs @reach_vb All thanks to the awesome work of @Lakr233

@OpenAIDevs @ajambrosino Unfortunately I couldn't use Calibri on Mac but I think it gets the point across 😆. Also, I didn't see a way to create a new one from scratch/a way to rename, maybe a feature to add next?

Share your best Codex app theme 🎨 Screenshots only. We might fuel the next building sessions for the best submissions with $100 in ChatGPT credits. @ajambrosino is judging, make it count.

@khanhduytran0 Obviously this web exploit is really powerful, is there a way to protect ourselves against it on devices that are vulnerable? I don't want my TrollStore-compatible iPad to be infected with malware...

I'm joining @OpenAI at the end of the month, and I can't wait to get started! I'll be working on everything related to Codex, bringing what I learned building Codex Monitor, and working with the developer experience team with @romainhuet!

@mweinbach @solisvogel @TailosiveTech That’s not true. In that episode he alludes to the fact that Apple had a long discussion with him about it and why they didn’t come to the show. In that talk, Joanna also alluded to the fact that John was “on a timeout”

@theo In that case I might have some ideas for some extremely domain specific knowledge tests but I’ll make sure codex can’t do them before I actually submit them

I would like to purchase a handful of code problems that modern LLMs can’t solve. Requirements: - programmatically verifiable (can be tested without human interaction) - “before” state (repo before the commit that implements the solution) - example code that actually solves the problem I am willing to pay up to $500 per problem that I can easily test locally and confirm current models (gpt-5.3-codex, opus 4.6) are unable to solve. If you can’t tell, I’m running out of “too hard for LLM” code tasks 🙃🙃🙃

@theo Hey Theo, I’m curious if you’re accepting problems that have yet to be solved by humans? For example difficult reverse engineering problems that no human has spent the time trying to do but would be easily verifiable?

Submit via DMs. Notify me here if you submit. Ideal format is a set of commands I can run to set up the exact state for the agent to work with, starting from “git clone”
