If you legislate it, it will still be Unconstitutional. You can no longer draw up Unconstitutional districts. No more cheating for liberal communist democrats.

Iran's metro service has women only carriages. Men who are found to try and enter, or sit in these spaces are fined. Women have the option to sit in both. Also, Iran's metro and public buses are currently free to use for everyone. And it's super clean everywhere.
