End-of-day question: Did you move your body or just transport it? There's a difference. Moving = intentional. Curious. Responsive to what you feel. Transporting = car to chair to couch to bed. I make sure every evening includes 5 minutes of stretching before sleep. Not because I'm disciplined. Because I don't want to wake up feeling like a rusted hinge. What's your evening movement ritual? Or what could it be, starting tonight? Move well. Stay healthy. 😊

@Moveandstretch I’m 65 and beginning month 4. I’ll never stop. The chronic knee and right shoulder pain are gone with the inflammation gone. Sleep better, lots more energy, not hungry, fasting is easy. No more “food noise” is so freeing!
