England were poor last night BUT it was a friendly. Southgate had some horrors outside major tournaments too; 4-0 loss to Hungary in the Nations League for one. Only thing Tuchel has to be wary about is trying to be too clever - ignoring too many 'obvious' names. #ThreeLions

Tuchel 100% wants the RB to be the RCB in a 4-2-3-1 that morphs into a back three in possession. White/James/Quansah/Konsa all capable. LB options of O’Reilly and Hall will likely to be hold the width. Inverted LB will probably keep the winger as width holder. #ThreeLions

Big move from #THFC. They either storm clear of trouble or fall like a stone. Spurs have the players, when fully fit, to play the De Zerbi way but that translation doesn't usually come overnight.

James Trafford btw! Huge triple save early on, has commanded his box well, and has shown calmness with his feet on the biggest stage. Starts for every Premier League club outside of #MCFC, #LFC & #AFC. Can see Newcastle calling again this summer; too good to be no.2. #ARSMCI

Tuchel has built a system and is probably picking players for that system; LB to bomb on & hold the width, allowing left winger inside. RB to come in as a RCB. One sitting 6. Overload the attack. Get the feeling some other big games (as well as TAA) will be ignored. #ThreeLions

No Alexander-Arnold and Watkins is pretty brutal in #ThreeLions 35-man selection. I'd still have Watkins as back-up striker. He's just a different profile. Quick, stretches defenders, he's the complete opposite of Kane. I do get the Trent omission but he's better than Spence!

It feels like Scott Parker has an existential crisis when he thinks about the Premier League. He can't say it aloud because that would massively hamper his managerial prospects but you'd hope, privately, he's learning some big lessons from this season. #twitterclarets

Joe Cole not wrong here. There's an aura and swagger with James Trafford that you can't buy. He oozes confidence and has all the attributes to become a top goalkeeper. Not definitively better than Sanchez yet but his ceiling is far higher. Could be a smart move for #CFC!

@TurfyTopper Possible he had a clause not to mention anything in such detail until a certain time period? A few podcasts in the aftermath he said very little. But, yes, Dyche is becoming a PR mastermind for himself on these podcasts!

@MultimediaJonny It’s also worth pointing out that he did many podcasts the season we had VK in the championship and he chose to not mention it then. His timing helps the narrative, for sure.

Sean Dyche is one of the best Burnley managers of all time. Club legend. Makes some fair points here but it's not all one way. Club were in dire need of a 'freshen up' post-Garlick & Burnley were down & out that season until the Mike Jackson recovery bounce. #twitterclarets

Vuskovic, Gray, Bergvall, Odobert all too good for the Championship but all of an age where they can afford to put one year on the line and develop. Players low-mid 20s and beyond will probably be demanding moves. Imagine #THFC would retain a couple of senior names as well.

A lot of people laughing at the suggested teams. #THFC can't sell everyone so the chances are Spurs will have a cheat-code team if they do go down. Expect they'll hang on to a lot of their young stars and some of their long-term absentees (Maddison) owe them a service.

Dyche's comments about the changes going on were probably fair. He makes a fair point about not having the right people in specific roles as well. Probably see evidence of that today at times. 'Football people' should be at the forefront of any boardroom. #twitterclarets

#THFC are a shambles. Feel like negative momentum is almost irreversible. Problems beyond tactics (though Tudor's have been iffy). It's the result from years of systemic failure. Feel Spurs need a 'club hero' type to build morale & give them a chance. Harry Redknapp? #TOTCRY

Very unfortunate for Burnley to be on the wrong end of two VAR calls in the same game. If anything, though, a feeling of injustice will probably help rally the fans behind the group more. After an awful opening half, it really was a strong second-half fight. #twitterclarets
