to @nejatian, the $open team, and fellow shareholders,
following opendoor’s significant earnings miss, there’s been a wave of speculation around the future of this business. as a shareholder myself, i still believe in the vision and the potential of the project. the housing market remains the cornerstone of the american dream, and with strong execution, opendoor could become a wildly successful company.
however, i have a major concern. we, as shareholders, urgently need an update. we need to see a clear, credible roadmap to profitability, along with at least a provisional outline of how you plan to build a defensible proprietary moat in such a competitive market.
there’s been repeated mention of leveraging ai, but that narrative has grown too vague. everything is “ai” today, and while there’s plenty of hype, ai has yet to consistently demonstrate real roi relative to the massive capital invested. we need a concrete, transparent plan, not just broad promises.
@opendoor, it’s time to show us the strategy.

Yesterday, I did a podcast interview with @arampell where I literally said “Running a publicly traded company is hard if you care what the Wall Street Journal says about you. Luckily, I don’t.” It took less than 24 hours for WSJ to prove me correct.

If you find your way to Tuscany, don’t miss a wine tasting and tour at the most spectacular villa, view and vineyards we have ever seen at Argiano argiano.net/en/the-estate/. The pictures do not do it justice.
As importantly, the wines are superb.
There is also a beautiful bed and breakfast not to be missed.
The view is stunning in all directions. Here is one to the south:

@MakisMD Happy Healing has reported on this brand and the purity - they produce lab results for their products - they also have a FB page called Fenbendazole Cancer Support - you should join it - the moderator is very good! thehappyhealingstore.com
English

NEW ARTICLE: FENBENDAZOLE on AMAZON tests 56% pure, not 99% - caution for using Amazon sourced Fenbendazole (Fenben Lab from Lithuania)
"I used Ultra-Performance Liquid Chromatography paired with a Photometric Diode Array (UPLC-PDA) to test the product"
"Long story short...it was only 56% pure"
"I identified what constitutes the majority of the remaining 44% as sodium carbonate"
"I believe the precipitate is formed mostly from sodium carbonate, judging from the IR spectrum and the physical appearance and behavior of the precipitate, though it appears there may be additional contaminates"
When you’re treating cancer (not parasites), you want to be sure you are getting EXACTLY the dose that you need.
Currently, reliable sources of Fenbendazole include:
- Happy Healing Store
- Panacur C
- Safeguard
Fenbendazole seems to have a wide dose range of efficacy, anywhere from 222mg a day to 2000mg a day.
Joe Tippens cured his Stage 4 small cell lung cancer with 222mg, I have seen testimonials at 444mg and a Stanford Medicine Research Group published three Stage 4 Cancer cures at 1000mg (3 days a week).
Cancer response to Fenbendazole is dose dependent.
While some cancer types will be more sensitive to Fenbendazole than others, there is also the issue of the quality and fidelity of the product itself.
This is why testing, such as that fully described in the article, is so crucial.
Amazon products are very convenient to purchase, but are you getting what you ordered?
In cancer, it can mean the difference between life and death.

@FlintBlockwood @MakisMD I don’t understand. Which provider are you saying is best ?
English

I tested this (FenBen Labs) with HPLC, using the same lab as Happy Healing store and purity was +99.97%
Merck's purity is way lower @ 22% Fenbendazole (says it right on the box) - which is exactly what Joe Tippins used and the one he recommends

Fenben is great, regardless... don't worry about some silly brand war.

@cathgriggley @lucasbertolino_ @Mybleukrewe @MakisMD @joerogan Hi. My mother was just diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. Could you share more info on your cousin and give me some hope ? Dosage etc?
English

I believe I treated one of Mel Gibson's friends, he describes in this clip.😃
Ivermectin and Fenbendazole treatments for cancer are going mainstream! Big pharma is not happy.

GIBSON: "I have three friends. All three of them had stage four cancer. All three of them don't have cancer right now at all." ROGAN: "What did they take?" GIBSON: "Ivermectin, Fenbendazole"
