Here's a crazy one - Does anyone know how to fix Von Willebrand's in a 13 y/o girl? (Menstruating, so heavy flow is def concerning) She's a little overweight compared to the rest of her fam, but not obese. Seems a little out of nowhere since the parents don't have it (though the mother bruises easily and she has a sister with one kidney...) Any tips welcome! Docs are all pushing birth control 💊💀 @BioavailableNd @T3MaxxiAlt @anabology @PeatPill @TakeThiamine @BowTiedUM @Grimhood

What if the behavior of water in our cells is key to aging & cancer? About ~2/3 of our body is water. But it’s not the liquid water we are familiar with. I discuss a forgotten theory in biology that points to the Water-Bioelectric Theory of Cancer🧵

2/ Membrane pump theory(MPT) is the idea accepted by most scientists that cells maintain ion gradients using energy-intensive protein pumps. Most well known is the sodium-potassium ATPase discovered by Jens Skou in 1957.

1/ Doctors don’t know this, but the MRI images bioelectricity. Cancer has a collapsed bioelectric state, which is why the MRI can see it. 🧵

Anti-cortisol gelatine ZEN gummy recipe 🫐🍮 Ingredients: • 1 litre pomegranate juice • ½ glass orange juice • 4½ heaped tablespoons grass-fed gelatine • Sugar (to taste) • A squeeze of lemon juice • A pinch of salt • A handful of blueberries • 2g pregnenolone • 300mg magnesium glycinate • 400mg L-theanine Instructions: 1. Dissolve the powders • In ½ glass of orange juice, dissolve the pregnenolone, magnesium glycinate, and L-theanine. • Use a milk frother or whisk to ensure the powders are well mixed. 3. Bloom the gelatine • Take 1 glass of cold pomegranate juice and sprinkle the gelatine over it. • Let it sit for a few minutes until the gelatine absorbs the liquid and blooms. 3. Heat the pomegranate juice • In a saucepan, heat the remaining pomegranate juice over low-medium heat. • Once warm, add the bloomed gelatine mixture and stir until completely dissolved. • Add sugar (to taste), a pinch of salt, and a squeeze of lemon juice, stirring until well combined and lump-free. 4. Cool the mixture • Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool completely. • It must be fully cool before adding the orange juice with the dissolved powders—otherwise, the heat may degrade the active ingredients. 5. Combine and pour • Once cooled, whisk the orange juice + powders into the gelatine mixture until fully incorporated. • Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a dish to set. 6. Add blueberries and flakey sea salt • Sprinkle blueberries over the mixture. • Lightly sprinkle some extra flakey salt on top (optionally). 7. Set in the fridge • Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight until firm. • Once set, cut into squares if using a dish instead of molds. Enjoy your perfect chill, cortisol-antagonist, pro-metabolic gummies! 🫐🍮

Finally nailed my cortisol-antagonist ZEN gelatine gummies with magnesium, L-theanine, and pregnenolone. Threw in some blueberries too—can’t stop eating them! 🫐🍮

I lost 10 lbs in a week by getting almost all of my calories from Coca-Cola until dinner. Drinking 8-10 Cokes a day. At least 350g sugar just from Coke every day. I also have some fruit and juice and then eat meat and whatever for dinner. A few times I got so hungry I had to eat a proper meal for lunch but something about all that Coke has been revving my metabolism like no other.

Honestly offended Coca-Cola didn’t offer me any money after all I’ve done for them. I would not have taken it for SNAP but I absolutely would to tell you the benefits of a high sugar diet. That’s okay, I’ll still keep shilling that garbage.

Importance of the nasal septum for facial growth (especially glycine, vitamin K2, calcium, thyroid) "The nasal septum is largely cartilage and is connected to the maxilla. The growth of the nasal septum has great influence on the rest of the face, especially the maxilla. One study followed twins for 10 years after one of the twins had his septum destroyed and replaced due to a septal haematoma and abscess. The septum was quickly replaced by implantation of homologous septal cartilage from a tissue bank, but the growth of the face was disturbed. The pictures below were taken at age 7 and followed up at age 17. The faces show a distinct change in not just the nose, but also the cheeks and mandibular, signifying a disturbed overall growth pattern, not just the nose" From Root Cause fishybusiness.site/shop/

Things that can lower or block serotonin: > Aspirin - lowers plasma serotonin > L-theanine - lowers brain serotonin > Thiamine - lowers brain serotonin (in deficiency) > Glycine - lowers brain serotonin > Taurine - lowers brain serotonin > Thyroid hormone T3 - lowers brain and nonbrain serotonin (in hypothyroidism) > Ginger - lowers brain and non-brain serotonin, serotonin synthesis, and blocks serotonin > Cyproheptadine - blocks serotonin > Negative air ions - likely decrease brain and non-brain serotonin > Vitamin E - lowers brain serotonin > Magnesium - lowers brain serotonin (in deficiency) > DHEA - blocks stress-induced serotonin synthesis (higher doses are estrogenic/bad) > Avoiding seed oils - the linoleic acid increases blood serotonin > Eating regularly - prevents excess linoleic acid in the blood > Lysine - blocks serotonin 5-HT4 receptor (GI and mental function) > Progesterone - inhibits serotonin synthesis > Testosterone/DHT - inhibit serotonin synthesis

Ferritin concentrations are higher in cancer patients than in normal women. Patients with an initial circulating ferritin concentration above 200 mug/1 have a higher tumour recurrence rate during the subsequent 4 years (Jacobs et al., 1979). pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC20…

Nigella sativa (black seed oil) alone has major application in not only β-thalassemia, but all cases of iron overload including hereditary hemochromatosis. Manuka honey is shown to have a potent synergistic effect in this regard. Over the course of this study, all markers of iron status (ferritin, TIBC, serum iron, and transferrin saturation) were decreased significantly, while liver markers (ALT and AST) were strongly normalized.

Little known fact - Balzac was a gait analyst, stating "it seems this science is mine" when seeing how little had been written on it. He defined gait as the "physiognomy of the body...gaze, voice, respiration, & walk are identical reflections of one's thoughts". Balzac by Rodin.

Have you looked into SnowfallPress.com? I printed all of Ray's articles, Newsletters, books, thesis, etc. Ridiculously cheap. Just have to format the size of the book. I have all the proofs in my old account if I ever wanted to print more copies. Pretty sure this includes all of his blog posts, since I pulled them down.

@dannyroddy @FlintBlockwood Where can I learn more about this connection? I was originally hyperthyroid with graves disease. At the same age at around 16yrs, I developed several allergies. I always felt it was connected. Now a couple decades later I also have dermagraphism.
