Not saying I'm surprised, but it's kind of depressing just how much of indie animation is straight up troonslop. All of it looks and feels identical. I'd be hard pressed to find even a Kickstarter campaign that isn't.

Like, in college I worked super hard to make sure my stuff didn't even resemble the other stuff people were making. It paid off (metaphorically) but it's hard to not feel like I'm on an island by myself here.

My boy Shredder is getting very old. He's nearly 19, and after being a fat boy most of his life, he's getting bony now. Has early stage kidney failure, and some dementia. He's not entirely "gone in the mind," but he gets confused a lot, and wants to be near me or on me all the time.
So he gets whatever he wants now. I bring him food wherever he is, on my bed, on the couch. He gets a heated blanket wherever he wants it. If he wants the food on my plate, then he gets to share it with me. As long as he eats that's what matters.
I love him and it's sorrowful to know he won't be around much longer. I'm gonna love him up until then.

This is why every action hero in movies is 40 plus. Millenials, gen x and boomers cant handle the idea of younger people rising to authority since they havent achieved their envisioned state of social power. A millenial getting stopped by a zoomer is like social rape to them.

You avoid it by making sure the sketch is close to the finished product. If she wanted her clean lineart to look like the sketch on the left, then she should have used a brush with variable thickness and opacity. If she intended for the lines to be hard and uniform from the beginning, the sketch should have been made with that intent in the first place, and with a harder, more uniform brush.
Also, turn on brush stabilization, it helps a lot.
