The fans told them which movies to make, but Disney would rather lose billions than admit fault.

Shaw. It makes no sense for Anakin’s force ghost to be him in his prime, and something Luke wouldn’t even recognize, instead of obviously being his current age as a ghost. It’s also very disrespectful to the OG actor who deserves to have their existence acknowledged in this film.

@BadFilmTakes1 The combination of David Lynch, Mark Frost, Mary Sweeney, Angelo Badalamenti, and Julee Cruise made for a variety of complex emotions that fed into the light & dark in human hearts.

I’m rewatching Twin Peaks, and I’ve made it to Season 2. My biggest takeaway so far is that this show would not be the same without Angelo Badalamenti. I hear one note from his score, and I’m whisked away to Twin Peaks in a snap.

@StarWarsDaily_ Delete the line, “No. There is another.” It has no adequate payoff in the subsequent film. Either that or make someone else the “other”; making Luke & Leia siblings is cringe in so many ways. But this relates more to the many flaws of Return of the Jedi. Empire is perfect.

They take a giant shit on the story the OT tells and actively contradict so many fundamental things, while also just being really shitty movies in their own right, which doesn't help.

The original any day. The largest issue with the Hayden one is how they filmed it. Bro looks evil as fuck, not a redeemed Jedi whatsoever. And the sticking his face on the other actor’s body 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

@jadexskywalker Personal preference is fine; it is just when people are telling artists what they should and should not do with their art I find that ridiculous. P.S. This is not to say that collaboration is wrong or that George Lucas wouldn't listen to opposing arguments when making the film.
