There was some technical issue in a Automatic Fare Collection Gate & the same was rectified. Presently, all AFC gates are working normal. In case of inconvenience, passengers may contact the Station Control Room number displayed on the escalator or call our 24 x7 helpline no 155370 for assistance.

Any inconvenience is regretted. Encroachers are regularly eradicated by station staff with the help of security staff from the station area. Suitable action is taken in case any such issue is noticed. The area was inspected immediately after inspection but no such issue found. Further, in case of such an issue, passengers may immediately contact the nearest customer Care center or call on DMRC 24X7 helpline 155370 (on a calling party pay basis) for immediate action.

You may also share screenshot of the payment done. Further, In case of any other issue, passengers may contact the nearest customer care center or call our 24*7 IVRS helpline number 155370 for immediate assistance.

Washroom facility is available at stations and nominal charges ( Rs 2/- for urinal and Rs 5/- for toilet) are taken for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of washroom area. Rate list is also displayed at suitable location. In case of an issue, passengers may call our 24*7 IVRS helpline 155370 or contact the nearest customer care center for immediate assistance.

@OfficialDMRC वैशाली मेट्रो स्टेशन (गाज़ियाबाद) पर दिल्ली मेट्रो कार्ड लेने गए थे, लेकिन वहाँ बिना पूछे जबरदस्ती Airtel Payments Bank का कार्ड दे दिया गया। साथ ही बिना हमारी अनुमति के डेबिट कार्ड जारी कर दिया गया और हमारे खाते से पैसे भी काट लिए गए।यह यात्रियों के साथ गलत व्यवहार

@OfficialDMRC hi, I have purchased a ticket today (12:04 pm) at sec 15 metro station and pay via UPI. The amount has been deducted from my account but as per the executive due to some server issue ticket can't be processed and I have to again pay for the ticket in cash.

The National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) is an initiative of Government of India, to have a common mobility card across various transit systems in India. NCMC will enhance passenger convenience as they will not need to carry/purchase multiple cards for different transit networks. All banks' NCMC cards are accepted in the DMRC network/Airport line. Owing to this, DMRC cards are less in circulation. Further, The Virtual Smart Card is a service introduced by DMRC under the Digital India initiative, which allows passengers the freedom to use smart card facilities through digital means. This facility can be availed via the official ‘Delhi Metro Sarthi’ app. 10% to 20% discount applicable on DMRC Smart Cards is also available on NCMC and Virtual Smart Cards. For more information, passengers may visit our official website (delhimetrorail.com) or call our helpline at 155370.
