Ordered @noom at beginning of quarantine last year and got a @Orig3n DNA test. Sent the swab in in April, sent a couple emails asking for updates, haven't gotten a reply or anything so far. I know they're doing #covid testing, but this is ridiculous. Can't even get an email?

@Orig3n All the free covid testing is great but continuing to take $$ for Orig3n DNA tests w/o results not so much

When your fiancé sends his @Ancestry information in, in October and gets his results back quick. But I send my dna to @Orig3n in September and still getting a “report unavailable” pop up. 0/10 do not recommend. #orig3n
