@Orig3n helloooo? Is anyone going to be able to assist me with this? @noom do you at least have people working your social media that can help me since Orig3n apparently incapable of processing swabs in sent in JUNE--I just want a refund at this point dear god.

Ordered @noom at beginning of quarantine last year and got a @Orig3n DNA test. Sent the swab in in April, sent a couple emails asking for updates, haven't gotten a reply or anything so far. I know they're doing #covid testing, but this is ridiculous. Can't even get an email?
