@DFS I’m waiting been told so many lies !! Was also meant to be here today between 07.08 and 10.08 checked on line and nothing is coming up been cut off a call been waiting so long I have no sofa as go rid of it due to it meant to be here I’m disabled and have nothing to sit on ..

An important update on deliveries:

@AliGreenstreeet @DFS Is terrible and considering I’m disabled with nothing to sit on as will it’s not good 😭😭😭

I don’t think I’ve ever known as bad customer service from a company as what we have experienced with @DFS and still have no outcome😩 definitely do not recommend!

@AliGreenstreeet I know sweetie 😭 it’s like they have also given up caring about the people that will be at risk, but at least they have had fun with friends before they will have to lockdown again .. unlike us 😡😡

Everyone that’s just given up with social distancing, thank you for potentially prolonging those of us having to shield from getting any form of normality back❤️ I miss my family and friends too you know x

Can not believe @O2, after 7 years with them I’ve had enough and am ready to leave, their customer service is awful, the way the phone handlers spoke to me was appalling, the worst service I’ve ever received, fuming!!!!😤 anyone looking to swap to o2 I wouldn’t bother!!!!!
