Today on stream, someone joined my chat and had a pretty normal conversation with me. Talked abt the game, they gave some funny comments and were nice person in general for around 45 minutes I thought, "Oh, nice! Just someone hanging out." ...and suddenly they are trying to sell me their art. 😭 LIKE WHAT. Has that strategy EVER actually worked?? Why do people still try to sell things in random stream chats? I honestly thought it was only bots that did this, but this was an actual person. I can't imagine walking into someone's community just to turn the conversation into a sales pitch. I understand when you're desperate to make money, bro, but there are 100% other ways than going to people's individual doors and asking them to do art commissions for them WHILE THEY'RE STREAMING AN ART THEMSELF. I politely said "no, I can't really afford it right now im sorry" and they left afterwards, of course😀

Got an oil change for my 2017 Accord yesterday. It is 9.5 years old with just under 67,000 miles and I drive more than my lovely wife. I bought it Jan 16th, 2017. I bought it new when a Toyota dealership made me as mad as I have ever been at a car lot. Note Toyota is a great company; this is just the fault of one dealership. I took my Toyota Camry in, it had a small oil leak, they could NOT repair it and said cheaper to trade it in. Then the service department gave my car keys to the Sales Manager and I told the service department to go and get my damned keys. They refused and said I was REQUIRED to go talk to the Sales Manager. So I did and I was hopping mad... In fact my partners can both remember how mad I was when I got back to the office. Unfortunately for that dealership the Sales Manager made me wait 10 minutes which made me more angry. So he came out with a trainee. I never talked to the traineee, I told the Sales Manager to give me my keys, now. He started to argue, and I said, nope. Give them to me now or I am going to pitch a fit and make sure all of your customers hear me pitching a fit. He gave me my keys and said they had a great deal for me. I said nope, never buying a car from this dealership again. And I left and have never been back to any Toyota Dealership since. Went to Honda in the next few days, did some shopping and bought my Accord.

Higgsfield was a scam from the jump . I did the unlimited when they first announced it and was burning credits they told me the 300 dollar year one I bought that said unlimited was a misprint I need the 400+ one I had to fight for a week to get my money back after that I never touched their site again

In February I published a full documented account of Higgsfield's behavior. Non-consensual sexual deepfakes of real actors. Sexualized children's content. Bigoted deepfakes. A feature they literally named "Steal." Documented scam behavior. All of it with receipts. I assumed that would be enough for people to draw their own conclusions. Since then I have learned what is happening on the inside. And it is worse. Here is the new layer. When they launched "A WHOLE MONTH of UNLIMITED SEEDANCE" and called it "real unlimited Seedance," users took that at face value. What they were actually running was a purpose-built Seedance 2 family variant with a confidential model name, capped at 480/720p, that their own internal documentation describes as a lower tier than full Seedance 2.0. Their mod team was scripted in advance on how to deflect user questions about it. The word "real" in that advertising was doing a lot of work. All the while, advertising and showing off Seedance 2 in 4k ad naseum giving the impression the two are one in the same... they are not. That alone would have been enough to walk away a second time. But the internal culture is what I need you to understand. Private mod channels were/are being used to mock and pathologize users. A staff member made an inappropriate public comment about a moderator. Moderation standards collapsed to the point that longtime mods described the team as unrecognizable. And the CEO, by multiple accounts, was being kept in the dark about all of it by the admin layer beneath him. That admin layer is the part I take most seriously. At least one person in a position of significant platform power has a publicly documented, multi-year history of targeted harassment, cyberstalking, and impersonation across multiple platforms. That person has access to user data, private channels, and controls what information reaches leadership. The CEO being uninformed is not dysfunction. It is a structural vulnerability that appears to be working exactly as someone intended. This is not a company making mistakes. This is a company whose public behavior was documented in February, and has been over and over since then, whose internal behavior is now documented here, and whose governance structure appears designed to insulate the people causing harm from any accountability. My work, my community, and my reputation are things I protect. I will not run my pipeline through a platform where the governance layer poses a direct risk to creators. If you promoted them in February without knowing, you had an excuse. You do not have one now. I'll attach one of the screenshot in the comments...
