Hi @sainsburys it’s taken 3 days for you to respond to complaint about my shopping and asking for more information but saying I can’t reply to the email you’ve sent. How can I let you know please if I can’t reply to you?

Learning that bereavement teams could use some training. @AnglianWater were great but were the exception. @StandardLifeUK referred to Dad as ‘the deceased member’, @TSB team opened with ‘you know you can do this online’ & @RoyalLondon couldn’t even manage a ‘sorry for your loss’

#joinin although I’m lucky to be with my children and husband today.. it’s tinged with sadness as my wonderful mum passed away last Sunday. As the King said in his speech, it’s the little things that catch you off guard.. god bless mum (or Mam where I’m from). ❤️❤️

@bushontheradio try @yogawithadriene yoga for back pain videos, or if no time with new baby, 15 mins of constructive rest (on back, knees bent, feet flat on floor and knees resting together , deep breaths) may help.
