@SecurityFirstFL I have a complaint. Why do you send inspection updates through USPS, non-certified mail, without the full inspection report. There is no proper notification such as a phone call or email; and since security first uses USPS, you do not even use certified mail to verify I have even received the inspection report. Then when I receive it, I get vague instructions on how to fix my properties issues without photographs. I then have to call AllState who then has to call security first to get the report and photographs to then relay to me so I have somewhat of an idea of what needs to be fix. On top of that, security first will not extend the deadline or allow due process to show proof that I am getting companies in line to fix the problems. Being a customer for 5 years and now this is how I am treated. I have until April 12, 2025 to fix the issues when I received notice on April 6, 2025. After speaking with Allstate who contacted security first, I am being told no extension and I will be dropped from coverage. This is a pathetic way to communicate to customers in 2025, who have never been late on payments or even filed a claim.

@USSIndianapolis Hi Jim, I understand your frustration with our rate increases. Rising insurance premiums is a major problem in the State of Florida, and increasing rates is certainly something we don’t want to do. Please give us a call at (877) 333-9992.

I don’t know how @SecurityFirstFL can raise everyone’s home owners policies 75%. Who can afford that? My payments have almost doubled. I’m going to contact my agent, who is another state for some reason. I’m also searching other companies to see if there are other options

I got my renewal for my home owners insurance. @SecurityFirstFL has raised my premium 75% in one year. I’ve never made a claim in 35 yrs. I live in an X zone, which has never flooded. SF is part of @GEICO. My Geico insurance has increased 75% in 5 yrs too. No claim or tickets

@SecurityFirstFL We had someone reach out to us yesterday for 3rd time telling us we have wrong insurance. We have $90k of damage due to Ian and pay thousands to you but we will get zero help. The guy on phone yesterday almost found it comical. It was disgusting.

The lack of compassion by @SecurityFirstFL is unreal. We will keep paying you thousands a year & you keep not helping us from a natural disaster. Appreciate it a lot! Only a foot of water in house from Ian & 90% of our stuff is gone, & you offer NOTHING for help! @GovRonDeSantis

@SecurityFirstFL Nine days later and still no tarp on the roof. No one seems to know why it's not done but, at the same time, no one wants to fix the issue.
