That’s what Brock did, he had a better year than QBs who are more talented than him. That’s okay. Ryan won MVP, he’s not better than Brady. He was that year.

Morris had a better season, but you wouldn’t say he was a better player over those 3 guys.

Chad Henne led a 98 yard touchdown drive in the playoffs last year. The longest TD drive of the Chiefs season. A season Mahomes won regular season and Super Bowl MVP.
If you didn’t want Brock Purdy to win MVP, just say that.
