@SingerIndialtd this is extremely dangerous! My Singer gas stove glass top suddenly shattered near the burner during normal use. This could have caused a major accident or fire This is a serious safety hazard not a product issue. I expect an immediate inspection & replacement.

@SingerIndialtd I don’t understand why your team is asking for changes/charges during the warranty period. As per your own warranty policy, this should be covered. My product is just 2 months old and already not working. I am ready to visit the service center, very poor service.

@SingerIndialtd Sad with a state of the art Singer gas burner(4 burner glass) bought in 2021. Even after regular local servicing it didnt last more than 4.5 years,whereas all our earlier burners lasted 6-7 years( if not more). Very disappointed with Singer brand in Gas Burner🥲
