@justbe_frank @JanSVidal 100% with you! So many amazing people in my profession (and others) generously sharing their craft, insights, humor. When my balance tips too far to my comparing myself to them (at a deficit) rather than appreciating their good work, I take a break.

I have to take breaks from Twitter because it’s filled with people who are constantly on go. At times it’s motivating, but lately it dampens my mood. I’ll be the first to admit, I cannot always be in “go” mode. I am human and I am stressed. #AnxietyGoAway

I was very frustrated w/ some student work progress when working independently & at home. Before I launched in to a lecture, I just asked questions. Ended up learning so much & making a plan to help them better. Thankful for @MisterMinor’s guidance to help me take this approach.
