NEW: Two Florida teens smash windows on 16 cars, then crash stolen vehicle during Davie police chase
Two teens, Armaun Livingston and Jamarcus Rollins, are accused of breaking into about 16 parked vehicles in Davie by shattering windows and rummaging through them.
Police spotted them in a stolen Hyundai Elantra early Wednesday morning. The duo fled when ordered to stop, crashed into two parked cars, and ran.
Livingston was apprehended after a brief foot pursuit. Rollins was caught by a K9 unit.
Livingston faces 41 charges, while Rollins faces 28 charges. Both were booked into Broward County jail.

NEW: 67-year-old Karen Cooke Lewis arrested for scratching a Tesla Cybertruck with nails on a board in Collettsville, North Carolina.
The owner of the Cybertruck says he had no clue who Karen was.
"We had all the craziness with Teslas when Elon was part of Doge and all that stuff, but I thought we had kind of gotten past that and I'd kind of made it through unscathed," the owner said.
Karen was arrested and charged with injury to personal property.
When will they realize that Teslas have cameras that are recording them?
