The fitter breached the Equality Act 2010 in his use of language we both have a disability. We will not have him in our home again. No curtains that fit. Expense due to damage and time off work. A 2 month wait for correction is too long. The new curtains are in store!

@Pret_uk Your Customer Service is absolutely atrocious! My husband left his flat cap in your Reigate store at the end of May. Customer services were going to contact the store as we are 300 mikes away. Almost 2 months and many later we see still waiting to hear if it’s there!!!
