Ordered a Whirlpool refrigerator from @Flipkart It was delivered to me on May 9th. It was an open box delivery, it looked all fine,no damage on the outer body of the fridge l. On May 11th the installation person came (1/1) @flipkartsupport @whirlpool_india

@whirlpool_india I bought triple door proton series fridge which is marketed as the best design award winner. However the door for vegetables doesn’t get cold , the upper two doors becomes super chill and vegetables in the lowermost door gets spoiled. Please help in resolving it

Complaint ID: CHA19032628802 Refrigerator prchasd in Aug 25 is nt cooling. Issue reported multiple times, techn visited bt couldn’t fix it. Replacement reqsd on 21/03/26 is still pending. Facing loss due 2 spoilage of food in peak summer. Kndly intervene urgntly @whirlpool_india

One reason I keep recommending Daikin 👇 We have 2 ACs (2 & 3 years old). The 2-year unit suddenly stopped working last week. Raised a request → technician showed up the same day. Initial diagnosis: PCB issue (worst case compressor). Both under warranty, paid ₹1100 for visit. PCB arrived in 4 working days → installed today → back to perfect condition. What stood out: is the speed, clarity, no runaround. Another instance, in the first year, I didn’t even track the “free service.” They proactively called, came home, checked performance, and completed service. No paid promotion, no affiliate, just good after-sales service worth calling out.
