There are multiple hints in here that Trumps wants to end this. Even if negotiations fail, he is implying only one more bombing round as retaliation before he then ends it. Judging on a wide range of experts I have listened to, ground operations are simply not a reasonable option. They would open up massive downside risk for the US, with basically no reasonable path to upside. It seems Trump is coming around (or never actually intended it ). This “truth” post moves my odds of a quick end back from 50% to 60%. Let’s see what happens next
