Announcers think this is a goaltend, however this is what the rule says: A player shall not touch the ball or the basket ring when the ball is sitting or rolling on the ring and using the basket ring as its lower base...
Vibrate the rim, net or backboard so as to cause the ball to make an unnatural bounce.
Neither of these happen from Chet's contact with the rim, play on.

I have said this repeatedly: there is no DATA that suggests they have an unfair advantage. The trend is basically "they have the 9th lowest defensive foul rate and it should be bottom 5, they have the 17th highet offensive foul rate and it should be bottom five" and that sure doesn't seem right, either .

I despise the entitlement of Barcelona and Real Madrid as football clubs. They both constantly proclaim that there is some evil agenda against them. In reality they are the two most corrupt clubs and the biggest beneficiaries of bad refereeing decisions historically. Pathetic!
