But Thune keeps telling us, "Oh, we don't have the votes to get it done." Well, that's why you're the majority leader, because it's your job to get the votes. Twist some arms. Make some threats. Get stuff done! But he doesn't want to get it done because he knows that if we don't have the filibuster, there will be nothing stopping them from passing the Trump agenda.
