@cjacarter While you can use the link on a mobile/tablet, my advice would be to use the link on a desktop/laptop & keep the browser open. This way, if you're doing other things, keep nearby so you can regularly check for a response. - Jo

@Telstra nbn connection - done online trouble shooting done told to get technician involved been online 4 times with no response messaging support been on for 45 mins no response !
