I've always loved @Spotify and their audiobook feature especially. 6 hours into a book it says I'm out of my 15 hours. Customer support not helping. Disappointed as a long-term customer. I have to wait a month for answers. Support useless. Get better Spotify.

Have you used @feverup_br? Relatively easy to purchase things (when you figure out) but bad customer service if you have issues. No clarity, no apologies, multiple steps, no ownership and at no point "hassle-free." Don't pay extra for the security of your purchase, not worth it.

@jen_keesmaat There needs to be a better option then only Jarvis as the exit for this to be successful. It’s a mess to exit the Gardiner.

All of the elevated roadway that you see in this image is the part of Gardiner that we recommended removing and placing at-grade - with the same traffic capacity - when I was Chief Planner. 3% of commuters use this portion of the Gardiner expressway - to give you an idea, significantly more people cycle in the city than use this portion of the Gardiner. Remember, the roadway won’t mysteriously end, it will just be on the ground, instead of in the sky. You are forgiven for being confused about this, since there has been some dishonest fearmongering over several election campaigns (including this last one) that really confused matters. There is no reason for this roadway to be in the sky, it is ridiculously expensive for it to be in the sky, and we can make significant land available to build a new neighbourhood if we put the road back on the ground where it belongs. You can see in the foreground the remnant of a portion that has already been taken down. Why rebuild it in the sky? I’m incredibly hopeful that our new @MayorOliviaChow, who demonstrated this week at her first council meeting that she has a very different style/energy than we have seen over the past decade, and the capacity to build support for change, will build consensus on this issue and right this city building boondoggle once and for all.

Saw the #Barbie movie. Enjoyed it way more than I expected. Ridiculous, hilarious, interesting, relevant and nostalgic. So worth seeing.

Weekends shouldn’t be time to recover. They should be time to rejoice. Burnout cultures exhaust us through the week and force us to recharge on the weekends. Healthy cultures provide daily space to refuel. Places that continually deplete our energy don’t serve our well-being.

@TekSavvyCSR @Rogers Sadly it’ll be days before service can be restored. The manager said I should have had a backup line like their rural employees do. Why does shipping take 3 days and only happens on weekday afternoons?

@RogersHelps is doing work nearby causing @TekSavvyNetwork to go down for since Friday (and there neighbours issues). Companies need better ways to monitor and faster support service. 24+ hours to review and then send a tech seems as ridiculous as screwing in the coax cable.😏
