As soon as the user growth and EBITDA growth dried up due to FWA competition, the multiple fell back to earth. Without $PSKY EBITDA growth, the acquisition debt level won't allow levered buybacks like they did at CHTR for the last decade. Key question and assumption is what drives PSKY EBITDA growth post acquisition? $DIS+, $NFLX and $GOOG YouTubeTV competition not going away.
