🚨 SECRETARY RUBIO: If NATO is just about us defending Europe if they’re attacked, but them denying us basing rights when we need them, then that’s not a very good arrangement. That’s a hard one to stay engaged in and say this is good for the United States.

#Colts owner Carlie Irsay-Gordon would like to see the NFL go to an 18th regular season game, via @JoelAErickson: “I think, as long as the players want it—which I think they would, because it would mean more revenue and, ultimately, a better product—I think it’s reasonable and something we should work toward.” More: indystar.com/story/sports/n…

Dr. Annette Bosworth's patient ate nothing but sardines for 100 days straight. It was a controlled experiment. Bloodwork was tested before and after - vitamin D, arsenic, selenium, mercury etc. Everything monitored. The results were stunning. • She shed more weight. • Her skin looked 20 years younger. • Her vitamin D jumped from the 30s to 108 without taking a single supplement. • Her body could finally absorb it because her insulin dropped low enough to release fat-stored nutrients. But the most powerful benefits weren't just physical. After years of eating to numb emotional pain, she finally faced this and fixed her relationship with food. Everyone's worried about arsenic poisoning and mercury toxicity from sardines. But she proved otherwise: • No toxicity • No arsenic spike • No mercury issues • No selenium uptick She wrote to Dr. Bosworth: "I don't think I've ever had the best day of my life. But for the first time, I feel like I have the freedom to find it." One food. 100 days. A different person walked out the other side. Tomorrow, I'll share a military case study where soldiers on a ketogenic diet had 50% more power than their counterparts after 18 months. — Dr. Annette Boz on Steven Bartlett's (@StevenBartlett) DOAC podcast.

If your parent is showing signs of Alzheimer's and you want to do something about it, start with sardines. They’re packed with fat and protein - in the exact ratio your body needs to produce abundant ketones FAST. Anyone with Alzheimer’s has brain cells that are insulin resistant. It can no longer efficiently pull glucose from the bloodstream for fuel. Even though glucose is available, the insulin delivery system is broken. Brain cells are starving and can no longer power themselves properly, causing brain fog, memory loss, cognitive decline, and even depression. Ketones are an alternative source of fuel that bypasses this broken system entirely. They cross the blood-brain barrier without needing insulin, feeding your brain cells directly. They produce less cellular waste than glucose. And even act as natural antioxidants exactly where your brain needs them most. Dr. Annette Bosworth has coached thousands of patients and uses this method to kickstart a ketogenic state fast. Here's her protocol: Eat only sardines for 3 days (with no eating window) Choose sardines packed in oil Within 48-72 hours, most people are producing abundant ketones. Dr. Bosworth had a 41-year-old Down syndrome patient with Alzheimer's. Three weeks on keto, she spoke her first three-syllable word ever—something her brain had never been capable of before.

Wherever you are from, name another more capable military. Secondly - we were warned constantly about the ferocity of the Iraqi Elite Republican guard, how difficult it would be, and they folded. Same voices, same shit, and if you weren’t there during the time and are just relying on historical accounts, all that shit (the warnings about how significant of an enemy the Iraqi’s were) never made the history books, but it was definitely there at the time.

Just a random memory from Desert Storm: we bombed the hell out of the Iraqi military for around a month. On the first day of ground operations, the vast majority of them immediately surrendered. The enemy talks a lot of shit, but in the end they're all human.

So apparently there's a place called Big Texan Steak Ranch, Amarillo, Texas where they'll slap down a 4 and a half lbs (72 oz) slab of steak, a baked potato, some salad, dinner roll and shrimp and if you can eat it in an hour - it's free. I dunno, does that sheet of steak look good to you? Anyone know what cut it's supposed to be? For me, give me a couple of those smaller steaks he's got on the grill beside it. I'll take Ribeyes, or T-bone instead, any day. What say you?

@Scaramucci I live in CA. It is not a manufactured narrative like this clown suggests. Newsom destroyed CA and he would destroy the USA if he had the chance.

Let me tell you exactly what Fox figured out in 1993. Roger Ailes looked around and asked — who’s the threat? Not Bill Clinton, the threat is Hillary Clinton. They spent billions of dollars over decades destroying her narrative. By the time she ran for president 51% of the country had a negative opinion of her before she said a word on the campaign trail. That’s the playbook. Now ask yourself — where’s the threat today? California. The fourth largest economy in the world. Agriculture, Defense, Hollywood, Silicon Valley, AI. — which is literally the exportation of American culture globally. A politician coming out of California from the left could beat the right decisively. So what do you do? Spend billions destroying the narrative around California. Make it synonymous with crime and homelessness and radical politics. Do it for two or three decades until the brand is toxic. Newsom has an image problem today the exact same way Hillary had an image problem. It was manufactured. Deliberately. Systematically.

🚨 USS Tripoli in Middle East with 3,500 sailors & Marines amid talk of ground ops in Iran. Economically, this is reckless. The war already burned through $11+ billion in the first 6 days alone — heading toward $25 billion soon and potentially $200 billion more in supplemental spending. Our national debt sits at $39 trillion. Every dollar is borrowed, with interest American taxpayers will pay for decades. Oil prices have spiked, driving up gas and grocery costs for families. Iran didn’t directly attack us. Were diplomacy, targeted sanctions, and every other option truly exhausted first? Taxpayers deserve better. Congress must hold public hearings now and assert its constitutional authority before boots on the ground or another blank check. Shouldn’t America First mean putting American taxpayers and priorities first — not more endless, expensive wars? 🇺🇸 #NoBootsOnGround #FiscalResponsibility
