If "Guess, don't test" was a product. A ridiculous blend, with many of the ingredients underdosed. They'll sell this to you for $300/mo You'll still need to supplement for any of the ingredients that matter. 250mg NMN isn't enough. 4k Natto isn't enough. 2.5G creatine isn't enough. 70mg magnesium isn't enough. How much CoQ10 are you even getting here? Are you taking mito peptides? Do you need more CoQ10? "Replace 106 pills of supplements with our powder totally not optimized for YOU." If you were taking 106 pills daily, I'd sure hope it was highly dialed in for you... Right? Right?! Yet with this product, you'll still have a shelf full of supplements because it's also missing all the basics that matter. So that's 106 pills plus even more! Insane. Even Bryan Johnson isn't this ridiculous... Please, stay away from garbage like this. It's nonsense. @takegenesis 🤡

One might avoid seed oils, yet still take fish oils. Fish oils are like seed oils on steroids. Commonly seen as healthy, yet they're the MOST reactive dietary fat. New article out. Link in first reply.

Been starting a candida protocol after some months of really hammering down all basics. Wanted to share the current protocol I will try: NAC & Interfarse Plus for biofilm disruption Lactoferrin & MCP as light biofilm busters, but first & foremost to bind the metals lowering availability for further biofilm building C8 Caprylic Acid, Berberine, Monolaurin and Pau Darco as the main anti-candida agents I accompany that with biotin and molybdenum to lower side effects or improve efficacy. TUDCA, Milk thistle and Calcium D-Glucarate as some liver support Will lower starch to a minimum, keep moving after meals and stay regular on the toilet, which are minimums you should do to minimize side effects and improve odds of long term succession S. boulardii is in my stack for ages, so I did not change that, buts its very good to outcompete the Candida

Forest light is the future of skin health. This torch delivers the wavelengths that dominate the shady forest, and energize dermal layers of the skin to promote healing and restoration of elasticity. mygreenlamp.com/product-page/m…

Every red light photobiomodulation device on the market today bypasses the dermal layers of the skin that are most critical for promoting skin health. 532 nm green & 730 nm red target melanin, not CcO. And melanin is the chromophore most critical to skin.

Cliff notes version: Multi organ system failure in 2023, to the point of needing a neck brace to sit or stand until 2025. Slowly rebuilding organ systems as we go. Found lead poisoning in summer 2025 and have been in the mineral balancing realm, trying to detox it out. Significant body response to Pectasol and Enterosgel (increased energy, reduced spinal and joint chaos), but have not yet captured a lab result with significant metal detoxing. Therefore, body is probably responding to some other problem leaking back into the bloodstream. Unknown which, yet. So, we attempt to fortify the gut lining via peptide-realm to see what happens.

General housekeeping: - stuff popped off this week, been pretty absent from Twitter to deal with it (nobody is surprised 😅) - I started oral BPC-157. TBD how this effects my case, but my hyper-respnse to Pectasol and Enterosgel means gut lining is wrecked. (Peptide baby steps)

Fair warning, if baking soda gives me one more night of elite sleep where I feel refreshed all day instead of that lingering grogginess a lot of sleep supplements give... I’m never going to shut up about it.

Why does bicarbonate resolve these issues? The answer is two-fold First, one of the defining factors of sleep apnea is acidosis due to CO2 not being adequately breathed out during apnea episodes when breathing stalls Heightened sensitivity to CO2 is what generates these breathing pauses as it stimulates hyperventilation, causing a subsequent drop in CO2 that no longer stimulates breathing Beyond that the acidosis leads to reduced affinity of hemoglobin for O2 leading to poor brain oxygenation, and mild brain hypoxia causes localized lactic acidosis creating a vicious cycle Bicarbonate bridges the gap between these alternating high and low CO2 states, as it converts back and forth into CO2 via the carbonic anhydrase pathway In the process it also absorbs free protons, buffering acidity and improving O2 release from hemoglobin in the brain

1/2 teaspoon of bicarb soda has worked WONDERS for my sleep issues. It's resolved my sleep apnea/deep sleep issues overwhelmingly more than any mouthguard, CPAP, magnesium/nervous system, caffeine removal, or nnEMF mitigation protocol has. Oh, & it costs $0.01 per serving.

What struck me most about Day 1 of the Xi-Trump summit was President Xi Jinping’s vision of building a “constructive China-U.S. relationship of strategic stability,” where cooperation was a mainstay, competition kept within proper limits, and differences manageable - an approach he said Trump agreed with. The difficulty is that competition is now extending across more and more issues. To use the language of the previous administration, the “small yard, high fence” approach has steadily expanded, with a growing number of issues treated as essential to national security. “Proper limits” become harder to maintain. In my interview with @ChannelNewsAsia, I also discussed: 🔹The importance of Day 1 for setting the political tone and the broader trajectory of the relationship 🔹Both sides’ interest in stabilizing relations (not least because of China’s chokehold on critical minerals and the need for the US to buy time to build alternative supply chains) 🔹How greater stabilization does not mean an end to strategic competition, as Xi’s framing of relations recognizes  🔹My expectation that any agreements would involve deals like large-scale purchases of US agriculture and aircraft, rather than resolution of more difficult structural economic issues 🔹Why I did not anticipate either an official shift in US Taiwan policy, or a rhetorical shift by Trump from the United States not supporting Taiwan’s independence to actively opposing it. The real question is whether Trump moves forward with the $14 billion congressionally approved arms sale to Taiwan   🔹Why even countries uneasy about the US trading away their interests would nonetheless welcome a more stable period in US-China trade relations. Thank you for having me on!

Sipping on pomegranate juice doing my lifts and incline walking has been monumental for my body composition. Between the nnEMFs, chronic stress and pollutants we are daily exposed to, I am confident that most are not meeting the daily need of Vitamin C and the recommended daily value is too low.
Brandon Luu, MD@BrandonLuuMD

People with low vitamin C levels burned 25% less fat during exercise. After vitamin C supplementation, fat oxidation increased nearly 4-fold.
