Thoughts on Japanese vs English Pokemon? I prefer Japanese cards. It wasn’t like that at first, because they just weren’t worth as much, and that affected my value for some reason. Now that Some JPN cards have eclipsed their English counterpart, people are switching up and preferring Japanese. They are higher quality cards, always have been.

Start at the very beginning… base set. Ignore all the noise and stay away from modern if you don’t want to get rekt. Collect while you learn. Lean into Gen 1 and focus on that, then broaden your horizons into Gen 2, then Gen 3. And remember, everything that isn’t Japanese is a reprint 😉

How are my crypto bros cashing out on their pokemon card? Seems the only way to get rid of them with good value is at card shows. Shops undercut you, Ebay wrecks you with fees and idk any other way. I got a BUNCH of my cards graded recently but dont know how to sell them.
