We're building a startup city with pro-tech common law legal system on a Caribbean paradise island. Just like in the sci-fi novels, with the brute reality of difficult Central American governments. Now @ProsperaGlobal has come out stronger, as the socialist government was voted out decisively. On March 25-29th, we celebrate the new wave of Latin American liberty and continue our work attracting top startups, after we had e.g. @TimDraper, @brian_armstrong and @balajis here and $20m+ raised. The coming demo day may have the highest density of great startups here ever (despite the last cohort winning the Draper Challenge), and we have visitors confirmed such as @sytses, @waitbutwhy and @cremieuxrecueil The main venues are sold out (a few VIP spots left), but there are still good venues around with shuttles.
