Addressing the Nebraska tweet: It was by no means meant as a shot at a player whose game I love. It was a joke at Nebraska and he was the unfortunate vessel. Based on the fair pushback, the name calling and random people finding my Facebook and messaging me there, I felt it was important to address. I understand why anyone would defend Tominaga, any fan base should want a dude that cares that much about a place they equally love. I feel bad for how it came off. I won’t delete the tweet though, I said it and I have to own the repercussions. A joke that made sense to me, but obviously didn’t get the magnitude of how it would be perceived. The fair pushback is welcomed and good to keep people checked. I deserved it. Now you can all go back to clowning me because K-State has 0 national titles or that I’m a Royals fan.
