It angers you to the point that you almost walked out of the holy sacrifice. Just receive Our Lord and shut your mouth. It’s that simple.

I was considering attending the SSPX consecrations (since I'm only a train ride away), but there are rumors that Rome will excommunicate everyone participating. It's just a rumor, but unless someone debunks it, I'm not going to risk it.

@raj05064 @deusimpera Idk…if the Holy See excommunicates the SSPX but alters traditiones custodes to allow TLM again, then it might be unifying. However, I think a reformed novus ordo that brings some elements of the TLM is probably the most likely change. We’ll see what happens…

NOT BREAKING: Pope Leo affirms that the Catholic Church opposes the death penalty and anyone living in sin can get a blessing from a priest. Not news but somehow I’m sure it will be today….

In Genesis 5:9-6 God divinely ordains the death penalty as a defense of human dignity. To say as the catechism does that the death penalty is a violation of human dignity is blasphemy.
