@Happygilmore776 @vcdgf555 Nothing has been proven to hit these IRBM’s. Ukraine has patriot and THAADs iirc and nothing can touch these - as they are able to manoeuvre in re-entry to evade AD interceptors.

Pay attention to the signal, not the noise. All signals are strikes on Iran are imminent.

@PiratePatriot47 @GordoCDA I’m not saying anything. I’m saying that there is reported intelligence that indicates they are preparing one or multiple Oreshnik missiles, and there is discussions in the five eyes intel community that these are armed.

@DefenceGeek @hey_itsmyturn All hands like this is not for a peace deal. The Russian strike tonight is prompting a massive reaction from the US. Potential armed Oreshnik, and talk of summer movements into Baltics. Do we know if there have been concentrations of troops in Belarus recently?

@vcdgf555 IIRC the oreshnik can’t carry a conventional warhead - but they can carry carrying size of spicy warheads - with scalable yields.

@vcdgf555 Yea. Everything that I’ve seen and heard from Canadian side, and other five eyes, is that this missile is armed - not hollow like the past launches. Russia is losing and with the major UA strikes on oil- RU is getting desperate. I could see a small yield weapon as a warning.

@michaelh992 This makes no sense - as the Qatari and Pakistani delegations all left in a rush to get out before nightfall. All signs are pointing to conflict.

@ArmsControlWonk This isn’t a real threat. However China can and probably will respond in other ways like a direct economic decoupling or export restriction on major precursor chemicals needed for chip production or some sort of naval blockade of Taiwan.

So, let’s game this out. A Chinese flagged tanker pays the toll and transits the strait. We interdict it? What if the tanker is escorted by a Chinese warship?

Tonight, President Trump delivered a strong message to the American people. His resolve to take action in Iran marks a decisive moment in history—one that previous leaders had deferred for far too long. For 47 years, Iran has been responsible for the deaths of American service members, threatened the global energy supply, and destabilized the region. President Trump recognized that the world could no longer allow this to continue. This period of short-term disruption to energy markets is temporary. Ultimately, the President’s decisive actions will lead to a more peaceful, prosperous, and securely energized world. We stand firmly with our exceptional military as they work to protect our nation.
