@NofapSamurai Every “I don’t feel like it” you overcome adds a brick to your life.

Discipline is the price you pay for freedom.
You go to the gym when you don't feel like it.
You resist the urge when it's screaming at you.
Those daily battles stack up and give you real freedom — no one can control you anymore.
Take one step today.

@Abigail7866 It’s not about feeling ready. It’s about knowing what’s non-negotiable.

As Time passes you get the more you realize:
-The Office was amazing
-Complaining is unattractive
-Nothing feels better than feeling healthy
-Watching good movies isn’t a waste of time
-If you’re having a bad day go to the gym
-Don’t get drunk or high with anyone who isn’t doing well in life
-Don’t hookup with a woman you wouldn’t be pumped to show off to your friends (because she’s so hot and emotionally mature it makes them want a girlfriend)
-Ask for the promotion
-Anxiety isn’t real
-You’re spinning on a sphere in an infinite universe and the fact you’re alive is a 1 in 500 trillion miracle - you’re so lucky it’s absurd and you have nothing to lose :)

@Listen_Brothers It’s boring
it’s repetitive
that’s why it works.

@SeduceToConquer Some people don’t want you
they just don’t want to lose access.

@Ghatohwo Life doesn’t play fair like that
good effort doesn’t guarantee good outcomes.

@ZoyaBloomz Most people don’t drop their standards
they slowly negotiate them away.

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 I𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗿:
honesty, effort, consistency, respect.
Real life tests the lower rungs:
Do you still keep the standard when you are lonely?
When they are almost what you want?
When the apology is good but the pattern is the same?
When saying no costs you attention, money, chemistry, or momentum?
Most people do not abandon their standards in one dramatic moment.
They do it one rung at a time:
this exception,
this delay,
this half-truth,
this second chance that was never earned.
Your standards are not proven by what you say you want.
They are proven by what you refuse to normalize when it finally costs you something.
Which rung gets shaky first for you?

@playboysecrets If it feels like you have to earn basic warmth you picked wrong.

Besides looks...
Only filter for two things in women:
Attraction and kindness.
If she’s not genuinely attracted to you, you’ll feel it.
Less intimacy, less affection, constant doubt… and eventually things break or drift.
And if she’s not naturally kind and nurturing, you’re signing up for friction and drama.
When a woman has that “I’m not doing anything for a man” mindset, it’s not strength… It’s a lack of warmth and femininity.
And if you keep choosing women like that, it says more about you than them.
It means you don’t expect to be treated well.
Fix your standards. Everything else follows.
