It does need to be dismantled, but any method that is not rooted in legitimacy will fail. It's a state built on, and perpetuated by, terrorism as a doctrine. So it's best to use methods that rely on choice -- such as reparations and the removal of apartheid making it undesirable to live there.

This is completely untrue. There is a financial/legal option.
Israel can be legally required to pay reparations to 80 years' worth of Palestinian victims, as the ICJ has ruled it must. That would require Israel to raise its taxes, and its population would then leave, because right now many of them live on services provided by US taxes and Israeli government subsidies.

There's no justifiable way to undo Israel short of a majority of its citizens freely voting in a referendum to fold Israel into a broader binational state that would include both Jews and Palestinians from the river to the sea. But Israeli Jews will never vote for that.

What if the United States promised to make Iran its 51st state? That could, in theory, make regime change much easier. In fact, it might even appear to be a mutually beneficial deal for both sides. For security reasons, some restrictions could also be put in place, at least in the initial stages.

It was not an easy decision. The past three months were an absolute blast - I've been in many trenches in my life and can say this was by far one of the most intense warzones.
I love fighting. Especially being in the trenches with my friends, working on problems that will actually advance humanity.
But the current environment wasn't serving my growth. And that's a really hard thing to admit - I've always looked up to Elon, and I genuinely believe xAI will win. I still do.
One thing I'll say: don't stay somewhere just because of the name. If you're unhappy, and you know you can't grow 100x where you are - it's the right call to leave.
What's next? Get some sleep back. Then find the next trench worth fighting in.
I'll always be meeting exceptional people - that was never because of a recruiting title. I just love finding smart people and helping however I can. Many more side quests to come!!!
