@BitmapBureau Congratulations for another BANGER.
Do we have any remote hope to get 2 players coop? Me and my daughter finished (3 times, increasing difficulty, with delight) Hunt Down and this game might be our most amazing challenge ever.

おっしゃる通りCPS基板は縦長のピクセルです

its always important to remember that cps games dont have square pixels and the pixel art is drawn to accommodate the stretching/squashing on arcade monitors. If the sprites look too short or wide then you're not seeing them in their intended aspect ratio

@SilentKGaming @nescartridges I had quite some fun playing it on pc engine 2 buttons
English

@nescartridges Can’t imagine playing this with 2 buttons and 2 d-pads 🥴

@HennaVirkkunen @ERC_Research Thank you for your strength against Trump and tariffs and for standing our ground for European laws.
Keep going!
English

Many thanks to @ERC_Research for organising an inspiring discussion yesterday about boosting competitiveness with representatives of academia, industry and MEPs. I have underlined the importance of Europe to be an #AIContinent and increase #techsovereignty in Chips and Quantum.

@EdKrassen @AustinTani There’s absolutely no reason to be drinking tap water unless you live in NYC, which is supposed to have the best tap water. Even then, it’s a pretty disgusting thing to do, quite frankly.
English

@JakeLindgren3 @MuseumCommodore On the other hand 3.5 totally existed and... Didn't do much.
English

@pitto @MuseumCommodore "Didn't have the tech" is a bit of an understatement. LOL!
English

@JakeLindgren3 @MuseumCommodore You really don't understand that this is (for the second or third time) an exercise in fantasy? We're debating batman vs superman.
Go and touch grass!
English

@pitto @MuseumCommodore LOL! What the heck are you talking about? There was no such flash that large available back in the 80's and 90's. How would you even manufacture flash memory with that kind of cell density?
English

@JakeLindgren3 @MuseumCommodore Also just a single game per cart, with cheaper carts, would have keep the c64 afloat WAY longer.
But we didn't have the tech so... History happened.
English

@JakeLindgren3 @MuseumCommodore The issues to tackle (other than machine intrinsic limits) were capacity and loading times. My retro dream would have been a sort of kung fu flash (1mb per game, instant).
This is all.
English

@JakeLindgren3 @MuseumCommodore Lol again. C64 was blown away by console wars. This is the topic here.
English

@JakeLindgren3 @MuseumCommodore Lol man I can't talk to you. Again and for the last time: "What would have made the c64 do well in the console wars?". My answer is "Cheap cartridges". Your answer, so far, is... Nothing. Just objecting my fantasy. Really, relax. Go and touch grass.
English

@pitto @MuseumCommodore Flash memory was expensive and relatively low capacity in the 80's, it would blow someone's mind from back then how much higher capacity flash has now.
English

@acathleen5 @atensnut @anthus1964 The fun thing is that your didn't like it then and you don't like it now
