This is ridiculous, There are bigger problems in the world but @CrateandBarrel customer service is THE WORST. A couch that should have been delivered 2 times (over 5 weeks) and they can't get the address right. You guys really need to get your shit together.

I've been super excited about our Essex Couch from @polyandbark. After one shipment getting lost, waiting an add'l 4 wks, we finally got it today. Super upset that it has a huge gash on it. Now we have to wait another 5 wks for a new one to arrive.Plz get a new shipping company😔
