Something very sick happened to society in over the course of the last 10 or so years where a piece of media can come out featuring "gruff older man protecting surrogate child," which is ONE OF THE OLDEST CLICHES IN STORYTELLING, and the online discussion is about how "men are creepy and want to fuck the child,"... The Last of Us, which featured this exact same dynamic, absolutely did not have people talking like this, you all need to find Jesus I swear....

@thevivafrei Because labor becomes unimportant. Mindless desk jobs and robots taking over manual labor. We still need consumers so UBI makes sense. There's incentive to build companies but don't have to resort to crime to survive from the displacement.

I don’t understand this argument. What good does “universal high income” do when all that would happen is massive inflation for the cost of goods? Awesome, now everyone’s a millionaire. And a computer now costs $20,000 because every retailer knows that everyone’s a millionaire.

We are not the only conscious minds in the universe. It is beyond arrogant to think that. The entire universe is seeded with life. We are just the only version that we have discovered so far. I font know what quantum force it is that powers our souls, but I believe the same force is present in the entire universe. Every star, every galaxy. The potential for life is everywhere. Carbon based as we know it, and probably other forms as well.

I believe its hard to control our bodies. Our lust. I don't believe being gay is natural. It doesn't produce fruit. I have a theory that gay men were perverted in their youth. Shaping them to what they are today. That is not their fault. Let go of the shame. Personality and body is a spectrum regardless of sex. There is a person of the opposite sex that you can love. That lust can be controlled. There's a reason renaissance artists depicted naked statues of all ages. So that we can lust after objects rather than flesh. Statue of David has a noticeably small penis. Transwomen hate their penis's so much they cut it off. That is a perversion of the human body. Spreading LGT leads to no children. No children means death of humanity. The meaning of Life is life. Lets continue it moving forward, otherwise our lives are meaningless.
