Guards told express entry folks (like us) to move ahead. 15 mins later said it was a mistake at their end. Tried to push us back, but we didn’t move. Huge fight broke out with mgmt. Abuses, threats, barricade shoves. Chaos.

Chennai airport (@aaichnairport ) already the worst major airport in the country has now made things even worse by making taxi pickup a 1 km trek away. Over bumpy uneven paths using their beat-up ramshackle trolleys it's truly excruciating. Hope they rework this 'system'
