@theppcdude How many campaigns deep before you call it cluttered though? Feel like that number is way different for a $5k/mo account vs a $50k one

If you can’t quickly tell what’s working in your Google Ads account, your account will never grow. Let me explain. Your account shouldn’t feel cluttered. It should feel controlled and clean. Spend is flowing with purpose and not scattered everywhere. You can instantly spot keyword winners and losers. Not 100 random keywords with a few clicks each and no real signal. This is how you confidently cut what’s not working and double down on what is. At a certain size you will have ToF, MoF, and BoF campaigns. These should all be working properly. Getting clients. From PMax all the way down to bottom-of-funnel Search, everything has a role and makes sense. You should be able to zoom in and see exactly where performance is coming from. Which zip codes, which counties, and then bid adjust. Most accounts break because they’re messy. No clear data = no real direction. And if you can’t clearly understand what levers to pull, you'll never be able to grow.

Low ticket services work great, but if you sell a: 1) High Ticket Service with 2) Active Demand Google Ads is the most logical place for you. We have some clients that literally only need to close 1 out of 100 leads to break-even lol.

The best "Google Ads tip" isn't running some crazy bidding strategies or improving your loading speed 1.5s. The best tip I could give you is to do what no one in your market is doing. You own a roofing company in Charlotte, NC? Search for your competition. Yes, type "roofing company near me." You will see that all of them look the same and offer the same thing. Write down what they are doing. Take screenshots. Your goal is to be different. Stand out. Go above and beyond. Make your ad more clickable and your landing page better than theirs. That's how you win in your market.
