@thirdwaveindia the most indecent two staff at Delhi airport near gate 41 misbehaved. Wanted a croissant and shown red eyes saying that 8-10 mins wait. Only one customer. 2 staff gossiping how can warming?? Shift them. Your IMAGE????

@thirdwaveindia Very disappointing experience. Ordered Chicken Wrap at Bangalore Airport T1, received Paneer Wrap packed with a non-veg sticker. Discovered only after reaching Delhi. Requesting explanation for this mistake. @ndtv @timesofindia

@MalayD @thirdwaveindia The outlets in Mumbai are struggling to have a clean and up ambiance. Staff is low moralled and non enthusiastic. The TWC management needs to seriously look into their outlets before they become the next "CCD"!

Went to @thirdwaveindia Coffee,today.Ordered a sandwich and cheesecake. Staff said 15–20 minutes and they would serve it at the table. After 20+ minutes, nothing came. I went to the counter. They told me they hadn’t even placed the order yet. No update. No apology.

@thirdwaveindia Your Chandigarh Sector 7 outlet is short of staff.That outlet is also short of crockery.They make do with take aways then. The staff is efficient but they find it difficult to cope with the increasing demand.
